Who I Am &
What I Do
My name is Ellyse Amelia Trethric—E.A.T., for short—and that’s exactly where the name E.A.T. Consulting comes from. My mission is to empower small businesses to build unforgettable brands, forge meaningful connections within their communities, and grow with confidence and clarity at every step.
Over the past 18 years, I’ve worn many hats—but all with one purpose: results. I’ve served as CMO and COO for multi-million dollar companies, organically scaled social media accounts from zero to over 100,000 followers, and collaborated with more than 2,000 influencers. I’ve storyboarded and directed national commercials, worked as a photographer and editor for leading magazines like Allure, built websites that convert, and partnered with global retailers to expand brand reach. I’ve also hosted and co-hosted 200+ events, spoken at conferences and universities worldwide, and founded both a successful nonprofit and multiple thriving small businesses.
At the core of everything I do is one unshakable principle: belief.
